Sausage

From The Holy Church of Bacon

Jump to: navigation, search

A sausage is a prepared food made of ground meat, animal fat, and other dubious items, usually packed into a casing (which is often made of pig intestinal lining).

[edit] Relation to Baconism

Many would consider the sausage a close affiliate of Bacon, as they are also often made of meat from the venerated pig. While sausage may contain meats similar to Bacon, they also contain meats unfit for the frying pan, such as pork from the sides, hearts, entrails, and cuts from other animals. Strict Baconists view sausage-eaters as boorish and reckless in their consumption of anything that will stink up their kitchen for days.

For these reasons, Baconists use the term sausagefest to describe an event which is not only full of dudes, but of dudes that you couldn't chill with.
