National Bacon Party
From The Holy Church of Bacon
The National Bacon Party (NBP) is a political party, founded by Church official Thomas Jefferson, Bft., which focuses on key political decisions around Bacon. It is closely run by the Holy Church of Bacon which makes all major decisions for bacon-related legislation. One does not have to be a member of the church to be in the NBP, but it is greatly encouraged.

How to Sign Up
Registering to become a member of the NBP is very easy. The image at the right can guide you, but please note that the form shows the party as just "Bacon", which is incorrect.
Do I need to be a member of the church?
Please be aware that it is not necessary to be a member of the Holy Church of Bacon to join the NBP, but it is strongly encouraged.
Current Estimate of NBP Party Affiliation
It is estimated, that out of the near 170 million voting Americans, that roughly 40 million account for NBP members, thus leaving only 2-3 million undecided voters. This estimate is gathered by taking the number of independent voters, and while assuming that most of them probably enjoy bacon, guessing.
Possible Presidential Candidate
Reports have indicated that by the year 2029, the NBP will be the leading party in the United States, thus making it possible to prepare for a NBP politician to rise to the stance of President of The United States by the year 2032.
Connection of NBP to the Church
The Holy Church of Bacon has always officially endorsed the actions of the National Bacon Party of America. It believes that it stands for the most basic of democratic principles and that through it, freedom can reign within all nations throughout the world.
Ridicule by Other Parties
Politicians who choose to become active with the National Bacon Party are often mocked and ridiculed by the major parties all because those parties don't understand how important bacon is to democracy. One day we hope to purge this partisanship and show them the error of their ways. Once that occurs, the NBP is expected to be taken seriously in all debates and legislation.
